Hiking enthusiasts get their money's worth in Eichenberg! Countless hiking trails, challenging and less challenging, stretch all the way to Möggers and up to the Pfänder.

Cheese hiking trail
On the "Eichenberg cheese hiking trail", you will learn about cheese production and be guided to the surrounding farms and dairies. Part of the trail is designed as an educational trail. Twelve illustrated boards explain interesting facts about the production of Vorarlberg cheese. The cheese trail is 8 km long and perfect for a family hike.

Mountain biking

Biking where it's still allowed! Mountain bikers love the untouched area and the steep forest trails between Eichenberg and Hörbranz, Eichenberg and the Pfänder as well as between Eichenberg and Lutzenreute (on to Möggers and Scheidegg, all the way into the Allgäu and the Bregenzerwald). Up and down as you please and then relax at the Hotel Schönblick in the wellness oasis and enjoy a delicious meal on the sun terrace. Meanwhile, your mountain bike is safely stored in our underground garage!

From the Eichenberg to the Allgäu! Explore the mountain and hilly landscape and take a break in the Hotel-Restaurant Schönblick with a view of the beautiful Lake Constance. Be it in the afternoon with cake & coffee, at lunchtime or in the evening with an enjoyable dinner. Your stopover at the Hotel-Restaurant Schönblick can also be of longer duration - we are a biker-friendly hotel!
