Wine enjoyment at the Schönblick

At the Hotel Schönblick, wine is an absolute passion that we would like to share with our guests. In the jewel of our hotel, the wine cellar, fine wines are stored, which are hand-picked by our two wine academics. The focus here is on the regional treasures of the Lake Constance region, with whose winegrowers we are in close contact. High-quality wines from Austria, as well as classics and discoveries from the rest of the world, complete the extensive wine list.

We are particularly proud of our large bottles, from Magnum to Melchior, as well as rarities and older vintages (1997, 1999, 2000) of Austrian red wines.

the region

The connection with the region is also expressed in our special selection of cheeses. Mountain cheese from Eichenberg, Camembert from the neighboring village of Möggers, local Bachensteiner and other delicious cheeses are lovingly put together for you.

Tastings

Our rustic wine and cheese cellar, built from Viennese monarchy bricks, invites you to particularly informative and tasty wine and cheese tastings. Aperitifs can also be enjoyed in the old walls. Sommelier and wine academic Karlheinz Hehle will expertly guide you on your journey through the world of wine and cheese.
