As a loosening up program for team building or for in between, we offer a wine & cheese tasting in our own vaulted wine cellar in the evening, forest bathing, surprise menus and many other experiences.

Forest bathing

Forest bathing is a mindful stay in the forest, where the focus is on absorbing the forest atmosphere and close contact with nature. Forest bathing is intended to help you slow down, find new joie de vivre and replenish your energy reserves.

Forest bathing is therefore the ideal group activity to clear your head and recharge your batteries for the seminar. The forest bathing is led by the head of the house Jeremias Hehle who has a forest bathing diploma from the Waldakademie Bregenz.

In the 2-hour session, various exercises and techniques are used to get in harmony with the forest and yourself. In addition, there are informative explanations about the forest and the local ecosystem.

Between 2 and 5 in the afternoon or by arrangement.

Wine & cheese tasting

The wine and cheese tasting is the perfect end to a seminar. After intensive work, the wine and cheese tasting can be enjoyed in the beautiful, rustic wine cellar. The tasting is led by either the head of the house and wine academic Karlheinz Hehle or the head of the house and wine academic Jeremias Hehle. Regional and Austrian wines are paired with cheese specialties from Vorarlberg. A perfect symbiosis.

From 9 o'clock in the evening or by arrangement.

Mehdafu Gourmet Menu

The "Mehdafu" gourmet menu is a special and very regional surprise menu of 5, 6 or 7 courses.
This can be enjoyed at the end of the day in the Restaurant Mehdafu can be enjoyed. An expert wine accompanimentcan also be recommended here.
