Science meets art - a special kind of evening!

On Friday, October 25, 2024, from 7 p.m.
We invite you to an evening that you have certainly never experienced before.

Dr. Christoph Scheffknecht, Head of the Institute for Environment and Food Technology Vorarlberg and Hubert Dragaschnig, actor and artistic director of the Theater Kosmos will provide a dynamic evening through a symbiosis of knowledge and drama.

Themes such as sustainability, the fascination of natural processes, the joy of slow food and much more will be explored.

You, dear guests, will be right in the middle of it instead of just there, because, together with the two protagonists, you will be spoiled at a large table with a regional 5-course menu including wine accompaniment. Thanks to the two hosts and wine academics Karlheinz and Jeremias Hehle, you will also learn a lot about the wines on offer.
