The a la carte menu offers a selection of light starters, such as Lake Constance fish dishes, or paper-thin carpaccio with basil pesto flavoured with alpine cheese. Choose from lots of delicious main courses, like our speciality Farmers’ Platter, a tasty leg of venison from the Pfänderstock, the delicate lamb Wellington, an unrivalled bouillabaisse from Lake Constance or a juicy entrecôte in a spicy cheese crust; or maybe one of the local fish dishes, something vegetarian or a traditional speciality such as Viennese boiled beef or a wiener schnitzel will prove to be the gastronomic highlight of your trip!
Our head chef is a great believer in the importance of local and seasonal ingredients. Unusual asparagus recipes during the asparagus season; freshly picked chantarelles; locally sourced venison and other meat, as well as gourmet weeks featuring regional veal and wild pork specialities, are all part and parcel of our gastronomic year. During the relevant season, our daily menu includes homebred Mangalitza pork dishes, the fat of which has earned the nickname “white gold”. Enjoy a very special meal in the hotel restaurant Schönblick, with views to die for and an ambience second to none.

Start the day off well with a hearty breakfast from our generous breakfast buffet, situated in our Panorama Restaurant.

Lunch is served in the Schönblick restaurant. Please reserve your table in good time.

Coffee and cakes
In the afternoon why not relax in our restaurant or on the terrace and enjoy a cup of coffee and a piece of cake from the buffet? A selection of ice creams and snacks may also be ordered. Closed Mondays. Open Tuesdays from 17.30 to 22.00.
18.00 to 21.45
Dinner is served in all our restaurants from 18.00 to 21.45. We would definitely recommend booking a table.
Vorarlberg Kässpätzle (local cheese speciality)
There is nothing quite like legendary Vorarlberger Kässpätzle! This tasty local cheese dish may be pre-ordered for a minimum of two persons. Kaiserschmarren, the classic Austrian chopped pancakes, is also available on request.
The appropriate wine recommendations – step by step, course by course – compiled by our sommelier and oenologist Karlheinz Hehle, is the cherry on the cake of your gourmet experience.
Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted by the two dessert specialities, “Schönblick dessert platter” and “Turmfräulein” (maiden in the tower). Equally enjoyable is the selection of tasty local cheeses.
Hotel guests are at liberty to choose our half board option, which includes a four course gourmet dinner, at exceptional prices from Euro 32.60 per person/night.
